GTM Engineer (Remote Full-Time)

We are seeking a talented Go-To-Market Engineer to drive cutting-edge GTM and outbound strategies and help us disrupt the way cold outreach is done. As our first full-time team member, you will be the right-hand partner to our founder, shaping the future of our fast-growing company and mastering the most advanced outbound systems in the industry.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO Optimize email infrastructure to maximize deliverability and ensure seamless outbound campaign execution
Design and implement high-performing outbound campaigns that consistently generate quality leads and results
Provide strategic insights and act as a thought leader in sales automation, educating clients on building scalable revenue systems to achieve sustainable growth
Lead client engagements, reporting on campaign performance and ensuring client success with consistent data-driven optimization
Enhance campaign efficiency by improving automation, data scraping, and AI workflows, increasing overall productivity
Establish thought leadership by sharing valuable content on LinkedIn, boosting your own personal brand and contributing to business growth
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound (BDR/SDR) roles or a technical role with outbound exposure. Experience with tools like Clay, Make/n8n/Zapier, and email infrastructure is a must Skills: A mix of technical know-how (automation, data scraping, email deliverability) and creative flair (copywriting, campaign strategy)
Mindset: Self-motivated with a bias for action, adaptable, and driven to solve problems
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and prospects
Work Ethic: Thrives in a startup environment and works well to drive for goals & objectives independently with an overlapping US time zone schedule
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You’ve mastered the tools and workflows, creating your first successful outbound campaign. 60 Days: You’re managing email infrastructure, building prospecting lists, and delivering measurable results.
90 Days: You’re independently managing multiple clients, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to the company’s growth strategies.
